Why it's in the guide
An art-materials shop and picture framer established in 1927 — originally at the Chenil Gallery, with links to Augustus John — and still thriving on Fulham Road nearly a century on. Pigments, brushes, papers and old-Chelsea atmosphere by the drawerful; one of the longest-standing and most characterful retailers in the area.
Even if you don't paint, go in for the smell of linseed and history.
